Refund policy
General Warranty & Returns:
All used video games, controllers, and video game accessories come with a 7-Day replacement warranty.
Video game systems come with a 30-Day replacement warranty.
New video games, systems, and accessories can only be returned in the same new condition. NEW video game items can only be returned for a cash refund if it is returned UNOPENED. Products purchased new and then opened are not eligible for a return as most new products we sell come with their own satisfaction guarantees and warranties.
Refunds:
Refunds are given only if we are unable to resolve an issue via exchange.
Refunds are given in the form of the payment used when a replacement is not able to be provided.
Trading Card Specific Return & Refund Policy:
For in-stock collectible card games (including but not limited to: Pokémon, Magic: the Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Flesh & Blood, etc.), we do not allow for cancellations or returns. Once an order is placed and accepted, we cannot change or modify the order unless contacted before the item(s) are shipped. Please call our store immediately to resolve any issues. Once items are shipped, we cannot cancel the order and the order is not able to be refunded or returned.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we believe are done in bad faith or to manipulate or using manipulative data or data sources.
We reserve the right to limit purchases, either before or after the order is placed.
For sealed boxes, single cards, and TCG orders: Due to price fluctuations in the TCG Market, we cannot accept returns for single cards or for sealed product.
There are no exceptions to these policies.
Preorders:
For products with a future release date (preorders), buyers are responsible for making that purchase, knowing that price fluctuations may occur. That said, we are not unreasonable and want to work with you knowing these changes can occur, please reach out if you feel a price or product is unreasonable. That said, because prices and product amounts can change before release, if the buyer wishes to cancel, a cancelation fee of 20% of the total order may be enforced.
Repairs:
All repairs are guaranteed to work for 30 days from the completion of the repair for all issues the repair was intended to fix. This does not cover any customer inflicted damage. Warranty stickers are applied to all repairs and the warranty is VOID if these stickers are tampered with.
There are no implied warranties and/or returns on any other items sold in the store.
